The Heshan brand coated peanut (fried) production line is equipment used to produce coated peanut snacks using peanuts, flour, and sugar as raw materials. The main equipment includes a fully automatic coating machine, a powder sifter, a feeder, a frying machine, an oil remover, and a cooling machine. In addition to producing coated peanuts, this production line can also process other nuts such as green peas, melon seeds, and bean halves into different varieties of snacks.
The Heshan fully automatic centrifugal continuous coating production line can be configured with single-cylinder, double-cylinder, and multi-cylinder centrifugal coating drums according to different production capacity requirements. This allows for coating peanuts or other nut materials and achieving automatic quantitative delivery of peanut raw materials, flour, and syrup, as well as automatic coating and discharging. The fully automatic centrifugal coating machine is controlled by a PLC program, making operation simple and not reliant on the production experience of the operators, ensuring stable product quality.
The Heshan coated peanut (fried) production line can also include additional equipment (such as blanching machines, peeling machines, and mixing machines) to achieve the automated production of peanut kernels, saving human resources and reducing product production costs.
