On February 25th and 26th, 2025, the 11th WINA Summit was held in Manila, Philippines, spanning two days. The theme of this year's summit was "World United Noodles," encapsulating the industry's dedication to the positive impacts on nutrition and health, food safety, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility.

In terms of environmental protection and food safety, I believe that the current fully automated noodle production lines can well meet market demands. Automated noodle production lines not only enhance product consistency and quality stability but also reduce quality issues arising from human error, thereby elevating the overall quality of the products. Moreover, automated noodle equipment can utilize energy and raw materials more efficiently, thereby minimizing waste and wastewater production and lessening environmental impact. Additionally, automated noodle production lines can monitor and analyze data in real-time, allowing for immediate adjustments and optimization of production parameters, which in turn improves resource utilization efficiency.

As market demands continue to evolve, automated production line equipment must possess greater adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the production needs of various products. Future automated production line equipment will place a stronger emphasis on energy conservation and emission reduction, reducing environmental impact, achieving green production, and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
